We are the new generation of pasta makers. We make handmade pasta following Italian traditions with fine dining restaurant quality standards, but with a modern-day twist.
Our pasta recipe kit arrives prepared and portioned, with pasta and sauce. All you need to do is to get your friends and family together! Just follow the simple video instructions you receive after ordering and enjoy.
Valentina Nigro, Founder and Head Chef, comes from a hospitality background. She worked as pasta chef for Theo Randall at the Intercontinental for the last three years, “My mission is to help you create a home conviviality moment, so you can spend quality time with your family and friends, or just enjoy a delicious meal in the comfort of your home. Providing excellent food with little effort…all you need to do is to boil the water.”
Our range of pasta ranges from regional traditional ones, like pappardelle ragù or lasagna bolognese, to our Fidelari special creations, like Squid ink cappelletti with salmon and ricotta. Vegan and Vegetarian pasta kits are also available.

Being Italian, we believe that a good meal always starts with a good aperitivo and ending with a delicious dessert. Our Cannoli dessert kits, like everything else, are handmade with love. They are delivered for you to finish at home, so have fun preparing them!

Can I freeze the pasta, and how much time is needed to defrost the pasta before I eat it?
Of course. Your pasta kit can be frozen for up to 1 month after delivery.
Sauces: Defrost it overnight in the fridge or in the microwave for 2 minutes.
Pasta: You can cook the pasta directly from frozen but cook it for longer (usually an extra 1- 2 minutes)
Lasagna and oven-baked pasta: Defrost overnight in the fridge and follow the cooking instructions.
How do I store my pasta kit?
When your pasta is delivered, remove the pasta from the vacuum sealed bag and store it in the refrigerator covered by a cloth. You can keep the sauce refrigerated in the vacuum bag for up to one week.
How long I can keep pasta in the fridge after delivery?
Fresh, handmade pasta doesn't contain any preservatives. You can keep it refrigerated for a maximum of 3 days when stored correctly and covered by a cloth.
What if I have allergies?
In order to comply with the UK health and safety regulations, we cannot make any dietary changes to the goods. During the order process, our website will clearly show the listed ingredients for each dish.
