Indulge is a fine dining meal-kit delivery service created by Andy Bowler. Everything comes prepped and cooked, all you need to do is follow the instructions and photos provided to heat the meal up and then plate it like a pro.
Andy uses what he has learnt throughout his career in Michelin starred restaurants to bring you relaxed fine-dining at home.
He started his career working for Michael Roux Jnr training in modern French cuisine. He then spent 5 years working for Simon Rogan in two of his London restaurants – Fera at Claridges and Roganic. Shortly after joining Rogan’s team he was promoted to Sous Chef. His most recent role was Sous Chef at Gordon Ramsay’s Petrus.
As with many chefs around the country, when the coronavirus pandemic hit and all restaurants were forced to close their doors, Andy was determined to seize the opportunity and keep progressing his career.
Indulge combines Andy’s love of modern British cooking with French classical techniques.

Orders can be placed via our website. The latest menus are published on the 'Order meal-kits' tab. Add each item that you would like to your basket and then proceed to checkout. Each menu is per person so if you would like to order for 2 people then add 2 menus to the basket.
All the dishes come fully prepared you just need to follow the instructions & photos provided to heat a few elements and then plate the dish like a pro. Although some elements will require heating up, all the hard work will already be done by us.
You will need an oven, a hob/stove, a couple of saucepans and a frying pan. Each menu varies but you will never need more than that. Other than the obvious plates and cutlery. Anything that needs to go in the oven will already be in an oven proof tray.
As everything is already prepared for you it is all relatively quick to put together. The menu is designed to prepare one course and then eat it before preparing the next course. The main course elements normally need about 15 minutes of heating in an oven but the rest is only the time it takes you to follow the instructions to plate the dishes. It would be sensible to allow a minimum of 1.5 hours to enjoy your meal.
The food is designed to be eaten on the day of delivery. We make everything as last minute as possible to ensure its freshness. Having said that, the food will still be safe to eat two days after delivery, but would be at its best on the day of delivery.
We want everybody to have an enjoyable experience so will try our upmost to cater to all dietary requirements. Please give us as much notice as possible so we have time to plan a suitable replacement.
Deliveries to East, North & South East London will receive a two hour delivery slot on the morning of delivery.
All other postcodes are delivered by a courier (APC) before 12pm on your chosen date. If for some reason you are unable to be at home to accept delivery, please leave a note for the driver as to where you would like the box to be left.
We currently deliver to all UK postcodes except the Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.
