Pasta Evangelists are the fresh pasta specialists who have been delivering restaurant-quality pasta dishes direct to British kitchens since 2016.
Each week, discover over twenty artisanal recipes inspired by all corners of Italy, such as Carbonara of Dreams, Black Truffle Mac & Cheese, or Salt Cod & Squid Ink Ravioloni.
All dishes are ready to enjoy in five minutes or less.
So what makes them different?
They source all of our produce seasonally and sustainably from a network of small farmers and local growers across Italy.
The Pasta Evangelist team track down San Marzano tomatoes from growers around Mount Vesuvius, toasted hazelnuts from Piedmont, black truffles from Umbria, and bright, emerald-green pistachios from sun-baked Sicily.
Now that’s Italian-ness!
They also specialise in delivering varieties of handmade pasta from across Italy’s 20 regions, changing their menu of 10 seasonal dishes on a weekly basis. From the Roman cacio e pepe to Liguria’s trenette al pesto genovese, there is always a new pasta shape or regional speciality for you to discover on the menu.
