You will love the shiny new location of STK Restaurant Westminster, with its sleek and sexy interiors and live DJ. STK attracts everyone from the suited and booted city workers to the dressed-up birthday babes and everyone in between.
Famous of course for their steak, I haven’t visited STK since becoming a pescatarian, however, you’ll be happy to know my guest was very satisfied with her steak, more on that later.

New location in Westminster
I walked for around 15 minutes from Westminster station, through the Houses of Parliament and Big Ben, before seeing the distinctive red neon STK sign.
Like The Strand, which is part of the ME Radio London Hotel, STK Westminster is part of the Westminster Hotel and has a private room, private bowling alley, and a weekend bottomless brunch.
Cocktail Menu
We ordered drinks at the bar before being led to our seats where we announced we had no allergies and were allowed to consume the whole menu.
That and my winter storm with wray and nephew rum and peach and passion fruit liqueurs.
Our waitress knew the menu well and made recommendations based on taste, which is always appreciated when faced with a difficult choice.
After the second round of drinks, I ordered the Tropical Kiss. A sweet rum punch with a distinct orange flavour.
In the end, my visitor preferred a porn star martini over the Cherry & Rose drink with a base of mezcal, cherry liqueur, Aperol, egg white, lime, and rose syrup.
Dining at STK Restaurant Westminster
With blue cheese and olive oil, this complementary STK Brioche has a stunning green shade and nearly appears like a cake when served. However, it is very addicting and quite full.
The yellowfin tuna tartare was my guest and my idea.
Rather than at ambient temperature, our appetizers were delivered refrigerated on a large spaceship-shaped plate.
Mains – STK Restaurant Westminster
With tons of herbs and chilli powder, I had the Maine lobster linguine for my main course. To finish, the cherry tomatoes provide a tart sweetness to the dish making it one of my favourite best restaurants in London.
They served the 350g rib eye with two roasted lobster tails and some chimichurri sauce, and my guests raved about it.
Your steak, sauce, and toppings are completely customizable. In addition, she requested a side of potato gratin with a delicious truffle sauce and a baked top.
Desserts at STK Restaurant Westminster
Deliciously creamy Milk Ice Cream with Oreo Crumbs and a generous dollop of light vanilla soft cheese on a soft biscuit basis.
Crumbled cinnamon and maple crème fraîche give the apple pie an exquisite sweet-sour balance.
Celebrity Spotting at STK
Our server let me load food in a cardboard box and STK paper bag. The new STK’s layout and design pleased me and the other stair photographers.
These new products complement their brand’s core values. Also, I love that my guest saw Rebel Wilson and Matt Lucas while having dinner.
Expert Conclusion:
The service is quite slow sometimes but the employees were professionals and we enjoyed our dining experience.
STK is open late and serves lunch, dinner, weekend brunch, and happy hour drinks. That said, if you enjoy steak, you’re in good hands.
