Cindy’s passion for food comes from her heritage, coming from a family of Chinese chefs. She has spent her life surrounded by food, growing up family-run kitchens learning to cook.

Cindy is an expert in Asian cuisine, she has spent the past eight years living in Southeast-Asia, developing an adventurous palette, sampling everything from the infamous Balut (fetus) egg

in Cambodia to eating pig’s brains in Myanmar and scorpions in China.

Fun facts:

Cindy is an avid home cook, and loves to watch cooking shows. She has watched all ten seasons of the American Masterchef, and now is making her way through the Australian seasons, too.
