DIY delivery kits: Aquavit
Spruce up your kitchen table with some scandi-style Michelin dishes from Aquavit.
Making sure we can savour their fresh, Nordic flavours safely at home, Head Chef Jorjon Colazo has created three DIY delivery kits for two people, with a choice of meat, fish or vegetarian feasts delivered straight to your door. The Meat box includes black pudding with lardo and pulled venison bao buns to start, Aquavit’s signature Swedish meatballs with lingonberries and pickled cucumber.
Whist the Fish kit gravlax with mustard and dill sauce, Houghton Springs trout with sandefjord sauce, Icelandic cod papillote with smoked mussels, and Atlantic prawns. The Veg kit meanwhile includes an array of Nordic classics of pickled and fermented vegetables, with smoked vegan cheese.
