The Sumosan Twiga restaurant brunch led by chef Bubker Belkhit at Sloane Street in Knightsbridge, offers three floors of dining and entertainment, from the restaurant and cocktail bar to the exclusive club on the lower ground.
The receptionist invited me to take the elevator. On the top floor, personnel shows you to your table. The soft house sounds in the background and the fun begins once you order.
Wine, beer, spirits, and cocktails are available. The crowd is largely 20- to 30-year-olds and feels like a hotspot. Some people were dressed up in skirts and heels.

Ambiance
The DJ plays crowd-pleasing pop oldies and house bangers to get everyone singing and dancing.
If that’s not enough, dancers spin about you and a gorgeous and talented live vocalist performs covers of your favourite chart-toppers while serving as master of ceremonies.
When a superb saxophonist and live drummer join the driving music, the dance floor fills around the tables and the party begins!
Starters at Sumosan Twiga Brunch
We get two enormous bowls of edamame beans—one plain and one with chilli salt—and a small bowl of soy sauce. One pomodoro tomato and mozzarella gnocchi were delicate and airy.
As a matter of fact, the four thin salmon tiradito slices (raw sashimi) were encircled by a rich yellow sauce prepared with kumquat, daikon, and pickled aji amarillo (chilli pepper).
The goat’s cheese and hazelnuts in the kale & spinach salad with nuts added sweetness to the bitterness.
Main Menu
The maki roll sushi, a selection of 12 sushi rolls topped with pickled ginger and wasabi, was a wonderful entrée for two.
Furthermore, the only decision you make at the start of the morning is your main dish: Grilled Chicken, Bottarga Tortelloni, Chargrilled Rib Eye, or Alaskan Cod.
Additionally, the rib eye steak my guest requested was delicious and cooked to your liking, however, a sauce would have increased the flavours.
Also, the miso marinade on my Alaskan cod was delicious and tender. A fresh tomato salad and lightly oiled and salted chargrilled vegetables, peppers, as well as potatoes, accompany the mains.
These sides looked like separate servings. I saw everyone enjoying the Sumosan Twiga brunch ambiance.
Desserts at Sumosan Twiga Brunch
Dessert is a big fruit bowl with two sparklers. Most brunchers are eating fruit and dance.
Sliced fruit is good for dancing but not for dessert. After that, a mango-coconut-flavored milky mochi is presented.
However, some dishes were thrown together but the cost was great. I liked maki rolls, spinach salad, as well as mains.
Expert Conclusion
London brunchers know all the best venues and how to make the most of them, guzzling bubbles faster than you can say “top up please” in your time slot.
Sumosan Twiga is a popular luxury London brunch with a lively atmosphere you don’t want to end. I wish some of the items had more flavour, and I think the a la carte menu would have given me more of that.
As the sun sets, the masses swarm into taxis to the next celebration. For an amazing experience, why not try it?
